Hibrinix Tasks
A place for every next step.
Bringing the brief, the calendar, and the handoff into the same production conversation.

Hibrinix Tasks is an internal content-production application. Its source connects clients, projects, daily tasks, files, brief versions, editor assignments, and review history around the work.
A calendar gives production a time-based view. The task panel keeps brief, files, versions, comments, and history together, while explicit controls distinguish editing, submitting, and completing work.

The calendar
Month, week, and agenda controls sit beside client, assignee, status, and content-type filters.
The task workspace
Each task carries its own context, materials, status, and editing instructions, with tabs for the brief, files, versions, comments, and history.
The handoff
Editing and admin submission are explicit steps. Completion and revision workflows are part of the application, rather than implied by a due date.
Internal software
An internal content-production product. The artwork illustrates planning, handoffs and review; it is not a live interface capture or a performance claim.
Inside the project
The operational problem
Daily production across clients needs more context than a list of due dates.
Why the pieces are connected
Connect the client, calendar, brief, assets, assignment, revisions, and approval history around each task. Review the system as a sequence of responsibilities: where the work begins, what information the next person needs, and how a decision becomes an action. A connected workflow still needs clear ownership of exceptions and approvals.
What belongs in scope
The documented system includes the following areas. Their availability and depth should be read alongside the current project status.
- Client-specific knowledge and AI content packs
- Daily content calendar, assignment, and notifications
- Raw media, AI assets, files, and editing handoffs
- Editor-to-admin completion and revision workflows
Technology and delivery context
The recorded technologies and disciplines explain the implementation direction or project context. They do not establish that every integration is currently enabled. For a similar engagement, confirm the deployment environment, account access, data ownership, and maintenance responsibilities before selecting an implementation.
- Database-backed web application
- Authentication and client isolation
- File and approval workflows
Reviewing a similar workflow
Start with a representative item and follow it from its input through review and completion. Include a missing-data case, a returned item, and a failed dependency where relevant. Agree what counts as completion and what an operator should do when the normal path cannot finish.
Outcome and current boundaries
An internal content-operations platform with documented production and review workflows. Private client records and operational screenshots are not exposed. The case study describes the documented work; any new scope needs its own requirements and acceptance criteria. Discuss current availability, supported integrations, training, and support before relying on a product or client-specific workflow.
