Tempo
Make room for what matters.
An exploration of time, intention, and the space to focus.

Tempo is a Hibrinix planning product connecting tasks, time, and focus. The product direction brings weekly planning and reviewable AI proposals into a private workspace.
The visual language uses warm neutrals, strong black type, and a bright directional accent. The public site introduces the product through illustrated planning states; the authenticated workspace remains separate.

Plan with intention
Weekly planning and timed activities create a structure for the work, with room to adjust the schedule.
Focus in context
Tasks and timers share the same planning vocabulary, keeping the active moment connected to the larger day.
Review the suggestion
AI scheduling proposals are designed around owner review before a change is applied. Product interfaces and availability continue to evolve.
Active development
Tempo is in active development. The artwork illustrates time, focus and flexible planning; it is not a released-interface screenshot.
Inside the project
The operational problem
Plans change, while tasks, time blocks, and focus often live in separate places.
Why the pieces are connected
Build a database-backed planning experience with timed tasks, focus tools, and reviewable AI scheduling proposals. Review the system as a sequence of responsibilities: where the work begins, what information the next person needs, and how a decision becomes an action. A connected workflow still needs clear ownership of exceptions and approvals.
What belongs in scope
The documented system includes the following areas. Their availability and depth should be read alongside the current project status.
- Weekly planning and timed activities
- Focus timers and flexible scheduling
- Owner review of suggested plan changes
- Web implementation with mobile and cross-platform ambitions
Technology and delivery context
The recorded technologies and disciplines explain the implementation direction or project context. They do not establish that every integration is currently enabled. For a similar engagement, confirm the deployment environment, account access, data ownership, and maintenance responsibilities before selecting an implementation.
- Web application
- Database-backed planning
- Cross-platform product exploration
Reviewing a similar workflow
Start with a representative item and follow it from its input through review and completion. Include a missing-data case, a returned item, and a failed dependency where relevant. Agree what counts as completion and what an operator should do when the normal path cannot finish.
Outcome and current boundaries
A Hibrinix productivity project with established planning direction. Android ambitions are separate from a claim of a released mobile application. The case study describes the documented work; any new scope needs its own requirements and acceptance criteria. Discuss current availability, supported integrations, training, and support before relying on a product or client-specific workflow.
