Build / THE CAPABILITY

Build the system your business needs.

Web applications, internal tools, portals, and product platforms designed around a clear problem. From data structure and user experience to implementation and handover.

THE SERVICE, EXPLAINED

What this means for your business.

Custom software addresses a defined problem that existing tools do not adequately solve. We plan interfaces, data, permissions, rules, integrations, and operation together, with a useful first release and explicit boundaries.

Who it is for
Businesses whose process does not fit an off-the-shelf application.

A practical example.

A client portal needs records, files, approvals, and distinct roles. Custom development turns that specific process into a maintainable application rather than a collection of disconnected tools.

What we need from you.

Your business process, users, examples of current work, required integrations, and operational priorities.

01 / THE SCOPE

The pieces that
make it work.

A starting point for discovery.
Your final scope is agreed in the proposal.

01

Product discovery and technical planning

02

Application and database development

03

Authentication, permissions, and file workflows

04

Validation, deployment, and maintenance planning

IN DETAIL / 01

Discovery and requirements

Identify roles, priority journeys, entities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and technical unknowns.

IN DETAIL / 02

Design and implementation

Build agreed interfaces and business logic in reviewable stages, including validation, account access, and error behavior.

IN DETAIL / 03

Release and operation

Agree environments, testing, deployment, backups, monitoring, and recovery responsibilities.

02 / A CLEAR PATH

From the brief.
Into the business.

Here is how custom software & saas moves from the starting brief to an agreed handover.

Scope, hosting, third-party usage, support, and future phases are agreed before delivery.

01

Discover the product

Define users, requirements, business rules, constraints, and a focused first release.

02

Design the system

Agree the data model, experience, permissions, integrations, and delivery milestones.

03

Build in reviewable stages

Implement features with visible review points and relevant validation.

04

Release and support

Prepare deployment, documentation, handover, and a maintenance plan.

PLAN WITH CLARITY

Before we start.
After we deliver.

The proposal defines the deliverables, responsibilities, review rounds, and completion criteria for your project.

What shapes the cost and scope?

Roles, data complexity, integrations, migration, performance requirements, and support obligations. New requirements are assessed before inclusion.

Share your priorities and any existing material first. We confirm what is included, what is excluded, and any external costs before work begins.

How is the schedule agreed?

The schedule follows the agreed deliverables and their dependencies. Content readiness, account access, integration availability, and review turnaround can affect the sequence.

We establish milestones in the proposal. If requirements change, we review the effect on timing and cost before adding the work.

How do we review the work?

Acceptance criteria, realistic workflows, permissions, representative data, and relevant failure scenarios. Specialist audits are explicitly scoped.

A nominated reviewer consolidates feedback at the agreed checkpoints. Completion is assessed against the approved scope rather than an open-ended list of additions.

What happens at handover?

Agreed source, deployment assets, configuration guidance, architecture notes, and remaining-work priorities.

We confirm access and ownership arrangements, outstanding decisions, and any ongoing responsibilities. Maintenance, recurring production, or future enhancements are agreed separately where needed.

A CLOSER LOOK

What this looks like in practice

An example engagement

An existing process no longer fits spreadsheets or separate tools. We identify users, data, essential workflows, and external dependencies, then define a first release that can be reviewed and tested. Later features follow demonstrated needs and a maintained backlog.

What we review together

Agree acceptance criteria per workflow and test ordinary use, missing information, permission boundaries, and failure recovery. Handover should explain deployment, configuration, administration, and maintenance. New features and ongoing support require an explicit delivery arrangement.

04 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clearer
starting point.

01Can we start with an MVP?

Yes. We define a useful first release and keep later possibilities in a separate backlog.

02Who owns and maintains it?

Ownership, licenses, account control, handover, and any ongoing maintenance are stated in the agreement.

03What should we prepare before starting?

Your business process, users, examples of current work, required integrations, and operational priorities.

04How is the scope agreed?

Scope, hosting, third-party usage, support, and future phases are agreed before delivery. We confirm deliverables, review points, responsibilities, and dependencies in the proposal.

05How long does the work take?

Timing depends on the agreed deliverables, existing materials, access to tools, and review availability. After discovery, we propose milestones for custom software & saas rather than an unverified fixed duration.
