Build / THE CAPABILITY

Keep the system working.

Practical support for websites, applications, integrations, hosting, and automation. Maintenance is scoped around your stack and business dependencies.

THE SERVICE, EXPLAINED

What this means for your business.

Support and maintenance keep an existing site, application, or integration usable as dependencies change. We distinguish a specific repair from recurring coverage, beginning with the stack, access, documentation, and system condition.

Who it is for
Teams maintaining existing websites, applications, and integrations.

A practical example.

A form stops delivering inquiries after a configuration change. Support investigates the failure, restores the agreed behavior, and documents the cause and follow-up checks.

What we need from you.

The affected URL or system, clear symptoms, relevant access, recent changes, and the urgency of the issue.

01 / THE SCOPE

The pieces that
make it work.

A starting point for discovery.
Your final scope is agreed in the proposal.

01

Website and application troubleshooting

02

Performance, updates, and security-related maintenance

03

Hosting, domain, deployment, and backup assistance

04

Integration monitoring and automation maintenance

IN DETAIL / 01

Diagnosis

Capture expected and actual behavior, affected environments, reproduction steps, and useful logs before proposing a change.

IN DETAIL / 02

Controlled fixes

Apply scoped repairs or updates with suitable backups, testing, and rollback planning, using staging where available.

IN DETAIL / 03

Operating guidance

Document changes and remaining issues. Monitoring, update schedules, backup checks, and incident response can form a defined ongoing plan.

02 / A CLEAR PATH

From the brief.
Into the business.

Here is how technical support & maintenance moves from the starting brief to an agreed handover.

Response windows, coverage hours, third-party incidents, and ongoing maintenance are defined in the support agreement.

01

Triage the issue

Collect symptoms, recent changes, business impact, and reproduction steps.

02

Inspect the dependency

Review the relevant application, hosting, domain, integration, or configuration.

03

Resolve and verify

Apply the agreed fix and test the affected journey and adjacent dependencies.

04

Document and maintain

Record what changed and agree monitoring, updates, backups, or ongoing support.

PLAN WITH CLARITY

Before we start.
After we deliver.

The proposal defines the deliverables, responsibilities, review rounds, and completion criteria for your project.

What shapes the cost and scope?

Issue severity, stack familiarity, documentation, access, hosting restrictions, and technical debt. Rebuilds, major migrations, and 24/7 coverage are not assumed.

Share your priorities and any existing material first. We confirm what is included, what is excluded, and any external costs before work begins.

How is the schedule agreed?

The schedule follows the agreed deliverables and their dependencies. Content readiness, account access, integration availability, and review turnaround can affect the sequence.

We establish milestones in the proposal. If requirements change, we review the effect on timing and cost before adding the work.

How do we review the work?

Reproduction of the original issue, relevant adjacent workflows, update compatibility, and agreed recovery checks.

A nominated reviewer consolidates feedback at the agreed checkpoints. Completion is assessed against the approved scope rather than an open-ended list of additions.

What happens at handover?

Change records, verification notes, relevant rollback information, unresolved issues, and recommendations.

We confirm access and ownership arrangements, outstanding decisions, and any ongoing responsibilities. Maintenance, recurring production, or future enhancements are agreed separately where needed.

A CLOSER LOOK

What this looks like in practice

An example engagement

A business needs help maintaining an existing website or application. We review the stack, access, backups, known issues, and critical dependencies before agreeing the support scope. Routine maintenance and a larger redesign or new feature are different types of work.

What we review together

Confirm backups and a recovery route before risky changes, reproduce the reported issue, and test the affected journey after a fix. Agree support channels, response expectations, maintenance windows, and which third-party incidents need the account owner’s involvement.

04 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clearer
starting point.

01Can you support another team’s code?

Often, after assessing source access, stack, hosting, documentation, and condition.

02Is emergency support included?

Coverage and response expectations must be explicitly agreed. Maintenance does not imply continuous availability.

03What should we prepare before starting?

The affected URL or system, clear symptoms, relevant access, recent changes, and the urgency of the issue.

04How is the scope agreed?

Response windows, coverage hours, third-party incidents, and ongoing maintenance are defined in the support agreement. We confirm deliverables, review points, responsibilities, and dependencies in the proposal.

05How long does the work take?

Timing depends on the agreed deliverables, existing materials, access to tools, and review availability. After discovery, we propose milestones for technical support & maintenance rather than an unverified fixed duration.
