Hibrinix Tasks
A private content-operations system connecting clients, production calendars, AI briefs, files, editors, revisions, and review.

Built around the work.
A due date alone does not carry the client knowledge, brief, source files, and revision history needed to finish creative work. Tasks connects those pieces around the assignment.
Content production teams managing several clients and editors.
What connects.
Client context
Keep client-specific knowledge and AI content packs with the work they support.
Production calendar
Connect daily assignments, notifications, and activity history to the editorial schedule.

Understanding Hibrinix Tasks
A practical use case
A production manager prepares a client brief, assigns the work to an editor, and reviews the completed item with its source material and revision history. The assignment is the connecting point, so the person doing the work can understand both the request and the client context.
What needs to be prepared
Prepare client profiles, production roles, assignment types, recurring deadlines, and a clear definition of completion. Decide who can review or return work and when a file is required. Existing task data needs to be assessed before any migration.
How to evaluate the workflow
Review a representative assignment from brief to completion, including a returned revision and an item completed without an attachment. Check that one client’s information stays separate from another and that notifications reach the right owner.

A similar system can be discussed after reviewing your users, existing tools, data, and approval process. Use the capabilities above as a starting point for discovery; a separate implementation needs its own scope, access review, validation, and handover plan.
